دور الوثائق التاريخية في تعزيز الهوية والانتماء الوطني - دراسة حالة (الرسائل النبوية لأهل عمان)
الملخص
تعتبر الوثيقة التاريخية بمفهومها الشامل ركيزة أساسية في صياغة الهوية الوطنية وترسيخ قيم الولاء والانتماء، وهو ما ينعكس طردياً على استقرار منظومة الأمن الوطني. تسعى هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان الوثائق التاريخية العُمانية ودورها في ترسيخ الهوية والانتماء الوطني: الرسائل النبوية لأهل عُمان أبعاداً وقِيماً إلى تقديم قراءة استقرائية تحليلية متدرجة، تتبع مسار التطور التاريخي للوثائق العُمانية وبيان أثرها المحوري في ترسيخ الوعي الجمعي والذات الحضارية للمجتمع. تنطلق الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن الوثائق التاريخية العُماني ليست أثراً جامداً، وأن المنظومة التوثيقية العُمانية لم تكن مجرد رصد تاريخي عابر، بل شكلت مرتكزاً سلوكياً وتشريعياً صان السيادة والتماسك المجتمعي عبر العصور، ومثلت صمام أمان حافظ على الاستقرار والأمن الوطني بمفهومه الشامل. ولإثبات هذه الفرضية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي الوثائقي والمنهج التحليلي لتفكيك شواهد هذا الإرث عبر أربعة محاور؛ تبدأ بالجذور التوثيقية الأولى المتمثلة في النقوش الحجرية (كصخرة حصاة بن صلت) والخرائط الجغرافية القديمة، مروراً بنضج الدبلوماسية العُمانية في معاهداتها السياسية والندية مع القوى العظمى، وصولاً إلى قلب الدراسة المتمثل في تحليل "الرسائل النبوية لأهل عُمان" بوصفها الوثيقة التأسيسية الكبرى والبيان الدستوري الأخلاقي الذي انصهرت فيه الهوية العُمانية بالهوية الإسلامية الأصيلة، محولةً الثناء والأحاديث النبوية إلى دستور سلوكي يوجه الشخصية العُمانية نحو قيم الحلم والسلام والاعتدال. وتخلص الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية استشرافية وتوصيات إجرائية لتوظيف هذا الإرث تقنياً ورقمياً لحماية الأمن الفكري للأجيال الناشئة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوثائق العُمانية؛ الرسائل النبوية؛ الهوية الوطنية؛ الأمن الوطني؛ التراث التوثيقي. The historical document, in its comprehensive sense, is a foundation in the shaping of national identity and the rooting of the values of loyalty and belonging, which is reflected in turn in the stability of the national security system. This study offers a graded inductive and analytical reading that follows the historical development of Omani documents and sets out their central effect in rooting collective awareness and the civilizational self of society. It proceeds from the hypothesis that Omani historical documents are not an inert relic, and that the Omani documentary system was never merely a passing historical record but formed a behavioural and legislative anchor that protected sovereignty and social cohesion across the ages, serving as a safety valve for stability and national security in its comprehensive sense. To establish this hypothesis the study uses the documentary historical method and the analytical method across four themes, beginning with the earliest documentary roots in stone inscriptions such as the rock of Ḥiṣāt ibn Ṣalt and in early geographical maps, passing through the maturity of Omani diplomacy in its political treaties with the great powers.
